Apr 19, 2013 · Just tested the HTTPS proxy server listed on that site within Opera with Turbo on for RTE Live Player and it worked perfectly Mickah (I am in UK at the moment). Used to use proxy servers quite a bit a couple of years ago and never had a problem before. Haven't tested it on IE or Firefox to be honest as you say you tried and it didn't work.
