Roku won two categories, Chromecast two more, and the fifth is a tie, so it really comes down to personal preference. I own both of these, but I seldom use the Chromecast outside of testing.

No, there's no such app. At best, there might be a Roku remote app, although a PS3 isn't the platform that I would expect one to be available for. Many of the Roku channels have their own apps for the PS3, so there's no real benefit to do so. But there is no app for any platform that will stream what the Roku is playing to a different device.
